Research On Rural Small Cargo Logistics Centers Location Of Haikou Based On Urban-Rural Integration

With the openness of rural economy in Haikou continues to expand,the rural economy in Haikou has been greatly improved.On one hand,rapid development of economy spurred the demand in rural in Haikou.On the other hand,the construction of logistics infrastructure is rapidly developed,and the logistics network is also further improved.All of these measures promote the development of the logistics industry of Haikou.In the context of "Internet + Rural" development,Internet coverage in rural is increasing,development of rural small pieces of logistics is potential.But due to the obvious duality between urban and rural logistics and weak logistics infrastructure in rural in Haikou,the cohesion between urban and rural logistics is insufficient,and the operational efficiency of rural logistics is low,and the cost of rural logistics is high.So,the study on how to reduce the cost of rural logistics and promote the urban and rural integrated development will have great significance.Based on the case study of Haikou,firstly,the paper explained the concepts of siting rural small pieces of logistics,urban and rural logistics channels and the integration of urban and logistics,then analyzes the mechanism and sitting ideas from rural small pieces of logistics centers to the integration of urban and rural logistics and define the Sphere of influence of existing logistics nodes and the gaps of small pieces of logistics centers in Haikou.Secondly,based on the situation analysis of small pieces of logistics development,the paper predicted the small pieces of logistics needs by unbiased grey-fuzzy Markov chain combination forecast model in Haikou.On the one hand,the needs forecast results can be a data entry for sitting small pieces of logistics centers models,on the other hand,it also can be a reference for the future development of the logistics industry of Haikou.Finally,based on the define scope of small pieces of logistics gaps and the prediction of small pieces of logistics,the paper selected a method combining qualitative and quantitative to site small pieces of logistics centers in Haikou.In the qualitative model,the paper selected the influence factors about rural small pieces of logistics centers from natural environment,policy planning,economic social benefits and the traffic convenience such four dimensions,and analyzed the options by catastrophe theory.In the quantitative model,the paper build a nonlinear 0-1 integer planning model for sitting small pieces of logistics centers and solved the sitting model by designing a chaos genetic algorithm.Based on the qualitative and quantitative models,the paper got the result of sitting rural small pieces of logistics centers in Haikou.From the forecast result,the needs of small pieces of logistics in Haikou in 2030 predicted by unbiased grey-fuzzy Markov chain combination forecast model is 57.6 million tons.The needs of rural small pieces of logistics is huge.IF the paper builds two rural small pieces of logistics centers in Sanjiang Town and Jiuzhou Town by the model in Haikou,then the demand of rural small pieces of logistics growth will be satisfied and the urban and rural logistics integration development will be promoted.This paper not only enriches the rural small pieces of logistics centers sitting model,but also has some significance to the planning of the development of actual logistics in Haikou.
