Due to the dynamics of the current work environment,organizations have to adapt and rapidly change in order to survive,and initiatives that challenge the status quo and seek constructive voice behavior can facilitate the changes and adaptations.As an important form of employees participation and management,employees voice behavior not only help the growth and development of the organization,but also serve as an important way to raise employees' sense of ownership,give full play to their subjective initiative and contribute their own wisdom to the organization.More and more managers attach great importance to improving the behavior of employee suggestions,and encourage staff through various measures of rewards and punishments and rules and regulations,such as the reward system of employee rationalization proposal,but the validity of the proposal are unsatisfactory.When dealing with organizational matters,the silence of most people can be detrimental to the survival and development of the organization.There are a lot of studies have shown that leadership has an important influence on the behavior of employee voice.However,the research on the influence of humble leaders on their behavior is still relatively rare.Therefore,this paper explores the relationship between humble leadership and employees' voice behavior in the context of China.Look forward to solving the problem of how to inspire and improve employee suggestions in order to enhance and maintain the competitiveness of enterprises.In order to explore the impact of humble leadership on the voice behavior of employees,this paper reviews the relevant literature based on the theory of social exchange and the principle of reciprocity,social information processing theory,self-identity theory and behavioral decision-making theory,and based on the existing research results Research hypotheses and theoretical models,analyzes the mediating role of internal person identity between modest leadership and employee behavior and the moderating role of moderation.In this paper,we use literature survey,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis methods and other research methods to conduct a questionnaire survey on 287 employees from Hubei,Guangdong,Guangxi and other provinces.Through the use of SPSS 23.0 and Mplus7.4,this paper tests reliability and validity of Scales and correlation between measured variable,adopts hierarchical regression to analysis the mediation of perceived insider status and the moderation of the Zhongyong Thinking Mode for exploring the role of humble leadership on employee voice behavior.According to the results of this study,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The humble leadership has a significant positive effect on both employees' prohibitive and promotive voice,which can enhance the behaviors of employees' prohibitive and promotive voice.The perceived insider status plays an mediator in the influence of humble leadership on the employee's voice behavior,which shows that the humble leader can indirectly influence the employee's voice behavior through influencing the perceived insider status of employees.(3)Zhongyong Thinking Mode has a negative moderating effect in the influence of the promotive voice,while is not significant in the influence of the perceived insider status on the promotive voice.Zhongyong Thinking Mode negatively moderates the mediating effect of perceived insider status on the humble leadership on promotive voice,and does not moderate the mediating effect of perceived insider status on the humble leadership on prohibitive voice.This study tries to combine the Chinese native culture elements and introduce the mode of thinking of Zhongyong Thinking Mode,a typical way of Chinese thinking,revealing the being on the scene effect of the value orientation of Zhongyong Thinking Mode on the employee voice behavior and the conclusion of the study is of significance in theory and practice,for the enterprise to encourage employee voice behavior and put forward to provide reference suggestions for future research.
