With Reform of the Economic System stepping into deep-water district, enterprises, as the economic unit of society, their healthy development have a direct and clear impact on economic growth. How does Enterprise leaders' humble leadership behavior affect enterprises? How it works? Along with the community focus on it more and more, many scholars study in this series of field and have yielded many important theoretical and practical achievements. On the basis of previous studies, this paper choices the humble leadership behavior variables as antecedent variables and explores the relationship between the subordinate's voice behavior combined with the actual circumstance of China. Furthermore, this paper explores a mediating role played on humble leadership behavior variables between voice efficacy and psychological safety.This research used the questionnaire, a questionnaire in the companies of Shanghai 240, recycling effective questionnaire 203, the recovery rate of 84.581%. Among them, male 101, female 96 people, one person missing information. The participants age range for 17 years old to 58 years old, the average age was 31.66 (SD= 7.99). The vast majority of employees (160 people, more than 78.818%) as the general staff, the second is the first-line managers (30 people,14.778%).86.699%(176 people) staff specialized subject and undergraduate course degree. Participants in the current enterprise employees an average duration of 6.656 years, and its direct leadership to work with an average duration of 3.808 yearsConclusion:1.
