A Comparative Study On The Logistic Competitiveness Between Guangzhou And Shenzhen

The rapid growth of the urban economy driven by high-speed growth of the national economy, which has put forward higher requirements for urban logistics. To the entire city as a target, the development of logistics can optimize the urban industrial structure, and comprehensively promote the city’s economic development; Meanwhile, cities as centers of population, logistics can improve the quality of life of residents; In addition, urban logistics can play a leading role for the surrounding areas of the city and the operation quality of regional logistics has been improved. In China, Guangzhou and Shenzhen have a long history of logistics development, the two cities are located in the Pearl River Delta region and have a unique development conditions, but in the past the fact that competition more than cooperation and pressure from domestic and international logistics development, prompting the two cities actively seeking some new ways to break through the limitations of logistics development in the context of transformation.Logistics competitiveness an important indicator of reflecting a region or an enterprise logistics comprehensive strength. Currently logistics competitiveness research about the city is not comprehensive enough, therefore, this paper has a more prominent significance of urban research perspective for logistics competitiveness. In this article,based on previous research achievements, the connotation of relying on a single city logistics competitiveness is defined, and describes the factors affecting the competitiveness of logistics, further, on the basis of the diamond model to analysis Guangzhou and Shenzhen logistics current situation, combining the related theory foundation and the principle of index system building, Scientifically made the Guangzhou and Shenzhen logistics competitiveness evaluation index system. Then, using the factor analysis method, to Guangzhou and Shenzhen logistics data analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the logistics competitiveness of Guangzhou and Shenzhen, both can be seen from the factor loading matrix and comprehensive score on the logistics competitive advantages and disadvantages. And based on the comprehensive evaluation result, and puts forward the reform countermeasures of Guangzhou and Shenzhen logistics.
