As an emerging recruitment practice, recruitment process outsourcing is superior in enterprise cost optimization and risk transfer, etc. compared with traditional personnel recruitment. Research carried out by scholars from home and abroad and business leaders on recruitment process outsourcing is still at a premature stage. Till now, there is rarely any research on factors that influencing its risk. In this study, on the basis of reviewing the related literature at home and abroad, using theoretical research achievements and taking the current development situation of the recruitment process outsourcing in China, we studied the factors that influencing the recruitment process outsourcing risk(namely, market factors, outsourcing decision-making factors, choice of outsourcing, outsourcing implementation factors, cooperation tacit understanding). Then, we proposed hypothesis and built the influencing factors model of recruitment process outsourcing risk.Through interviews of the relevant employees, we designed the questionnaire and got the data we need. After that, we adopted exploratory factor analysis method and confirmatory factor analysis method by means of SPSS19.0, AMOS18.0 statistical analysis software for data processing and formed below conclusions: first, market factors influence the recruitment process outsourcing risk most, which is followed by outsourcing selection factors and outsourcing management(cooperation tacit) factors. The outsourcing decision factors and implementation factors have a positive impact on the recruitment process outsourcing risk but not significant; second, the main performances of the out of control recruitment process outsourcing risk are: the loss of learning chances and innovation ability; loss of enterprise internal experts; low recruitment efficiency-ratio of employment and hiring cannot meet the expectation; Hiring time delayed too long. Low efficiency of recruitment and ratio of employment and hiring under the expectation have a strong correlation with recruitment time delayed too long.In this study, the recruitment process outsourcing risk influencing factors are analyzed; recruitment process outsourcing related measuring items are developed, and the reliability and validity are verified. This benefits scholars on the subsequent research of the recruitment process outsourcing and helps the enterprise to control risk when considering recruitment process outsourcing, which undoubtedly, can promote the healthy and orderly development of the recruitment process outsourcing industry in China.
