In the era of rapid development of information economy,talents have become the chips of enterprise's fate,and the competition among talents has become the competition among enterprises.Only talent and management complement each other,and have excellent technology and products,in order to enable enterprises to remain invincible.The focus of enterprise development should be on recruiting efficient talents.Recruitment of human resources is closely related to the development of enterprises,so recruitment can promote the operation of enterprises.Recruitment can reflect a win-win situation,that is,enterprises to enhance economic efficiency,employees receive compensation and development.Effective development of human resources,improve the quality of staff,and enhance team cohesion,help enterprises to gain competitive advantage,recruitment effect directly affect the realization of enterprise strategic objectives.Talent competition has become an international competition among enterprises,and they expect to get more talents through recruitment to promote the development of enterprises.Talent recruitment is the center of enterprise human resource organization,management and development.The recruitment process is to recruit talent instruction,constantly optimize the recruitment process,to correctly guide the recruitment of employees,improve the overall quality and ability level,is the key to promote enterprise performance improvement and sustainable development.Through the decomposition of F company recruitment process,put forward the optimization of recruitment process measures,make recruitment procedures,standardization,in order to enhance the efficiency of enterprise recruitment.In the process of enterprise operation,by optimizing the recruitment process,the human resources department can choose the appropriate recruitment channels,and ultimately correctly implement the recruitment process.In this paper,F company as the research object,combined with the current recruitment situation of F company,and based on its human resources development strategy,combined with the company's development strategy,to identify problems in the process.Based on the theory and method of domestic and international process optimization,this paper puts forward a feasible plan for the recruitment process optimization of F company to achieve the goal of improving recruitment efficiency and improving recruitment results.By optimizing the recruitment process to promote the optimization and implementation of human resources management,and strive to achieve the company's strategic objectives.
