Study On Protection And Sustainable Utilization Of The Grassland Resources In Northwest China

Northwest China has abundant grassland resources,which is the security to protect water,purify air, protect wild animals and plants.The impoverished parts of the ethnic minority areas are mainly located in western ch ina.Graze is the main production method of herdsmen.he Sustainable development on the resource of grassland not only plays an important role in improving the people’s standard of living but also an important measure of ethnic minorities to maintain the stability and prosperity of the motherland.Grassland mainly concentrated in the province of Gansu,Qinghai,Xinjiang.The grassland area in the three provinces is 38.09% of the natural grassland.It is the subject of the research. Gansu, Qinghai and Xinjiang is the main research object of this research.This research use the grassland resources development in Northwest China of the main body,taking advantage and shortage of grassland resources protection as the research content to realize the sustainable development of grassland resources for the purpose of the study,finding out the main factors that affect the protection and development of grassland resources, and proposing the relevant governance suggestions.This paper carried out a detailed analysis on the policy climate, social, cultural of grassland in Northwest China.This paper select the data of the the temperature, the rainfall, the sunshine time and the grassland resources degradation rate to make a regression analysis of the relationship between the climate and the development of grassland.The results show that the effects of climate has little effect to the grassland development.When the paper comparative analysis of the situation of social development and policy implementation with the development of grassland resources,result shows that the effect of the policy on the protection of grassland resources is significant,the social development has great influence on the development of grassland resources.The sustain development belong to the discipline of environment,economy,technology and so on.Stressing on the balance when develop the materials and use the resource.To comparative the relationship between social development,policy implementation and the grassland resources degradation rate,it is found that human capital,quantity of thepopulation and policy has an important effect to the grassland development.Nomadic culture has constraints on the corresponding moral to develop the grassland.We analysis the problems in the development of the present stage of the grassland and put forward some recommendations.First of all,we should depend on the geography to distribute the grassland areas that accord to the different varieties of mixed grazing livestock.Improving the production efficiency, reasonable distributing the summer and winter pasture area,making the grassland utilization to the optimal effect,making the method of combining the culture and science and taking effective policies from the parties of the moral and legal parties.Second,our government should establish the livestock facilities gear to the market demand,charge the original nomadic to the scientific and rational mode modern animal husbandry and improve the available rate of livestock products and to satisfied the market demand.Third,our country should make a different policies to the herdsmen and settle nomads,which can avoid generated between the sense of injustice and raise the human capital,control population,develop the education and improve the social security facilities.
