The Influence Of Service Innovation Model And Practice On Service Innovation Performance

Economic globalization and highly uncertain market environment, forced the manufacturing enterprises in a competitive market environment. And presently in most manufacturing enterprises still rely on the extensive growth mode to achieve business development,this makes China’s manufacturing enterprises in the low-end position in the global industrial chain, so it is inevitable trend to manufacturing enterprises to carry out service innovation. But actual results show that there are still some enterprises can not play the best utility of service innovation. Therefore, the manufacturing enterprises’ concerned that how to play the best utility of service innovation.Combing through the past research of service innovation, this paper found that most of the researches focuses on the concept of service innovation, types and reasons and so on, but the researches for the relationship of service innovation practice, service innovation model and service innovation performance are less. Service innovation practice effectively improve enterprise’s service innovation performance from four aspects, namely, from the process, organization, tools, and systems that four aspects to improve the service innovation performance. And under the different service innovation models, the enterprise’s service innovation practice of promoting effect is also different. Research service innovation model, service innovation practice can effectively improve manufacturing enterprises’ service innovation performance, and make the enterprises gain new competitive advantage.In reading the literature about the service innovation, service innovation model and service innovation practice, this research establishes the model of service innovation practice and the service innovation performance, then this research studies the moderating effect of various service innovation models on the relationship between service innovation practice and service innovation performance, this research also studies three-way interaction between service innovation practice, service innovation behavior model and service innovation process model. Through regression analysis and other methods of empirical research, this research finds that service innovation can positively influence the service innovation performance, various service innovation models have the moderating effect between the relationship of service innovation practice and service innovation performance, the interaction of service innovation behavior model and service innovation process model has a moderating effect between the relationship of service innovation practice and service innovation performance. Then in the fourth chapter, the research analysis the data from questionnaire,finally gives some practical advice to the manufacturing enterprises to enhance their service innovation practices.
