The Philosophical Thinking Of The Strategy On Innovation-driven Development

In the18 th national congress of CPC report,Hu jintao emphasized to implement the "the Strategy on Innovation-Driven Development", and put forward science and technology innovation is the strategic support of improving social productive forces and overall national strength, and the strategy must be placed in the core of the national development and global position. The thinking of the Strategy on Innovation-Driven Development as the Chinalization of Marxism and the latest achievements of the theory of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics, its shown get the historical inevitability, the strategy and its theory origin are consistency and the strategy keeps its pace with our development. So to promote the strategy to philosophical height and to do strategic thinking will be more helpful to the interpretation of the theory, what’s more, philosophical basis of this theory will be the theoretical guidance for understanding, persistent and the implement of this strategic thinking. As the strategy is a new strategic thinking, and it is a long-term strategic objective, academic study of it isn’t deep enough yet, thus, in this paper, I have maken a comb on the present status of the development strategy, the theoretical analysis and its development, the perfect and implement of the development strategy on the point of Marxist philosophy, which can make a way from macroscopic to think and understand the nature of specific content, and to make people can grasp deeply from its philosophical connotation, for which can be better to promote the Strategy on Innovation-Driven Development. The main body of this article is mainly composed of four parts:The first part, mainly describes the background, research actuality, key problem analysis, the meaning, the way and the new points of innovation-driven development strategy. It make a comb of its background at home and abroad and the research status. Then, it explains the specific content, also analyses the manifestation of the strategy.The second part, mainly describes the formation and details of Innovation-Driven development strategy. This part mainly tells about doing the analysis with the aspects of dialectics and epistemology on the strategic initial stage to the formation of continuously development, and from the aspects of innovation of single to the independent innovation of comprehensive thinking.The third part, the paper expounds the basic content of innovation driven development strategy. It is mainly using self-contradict theory, dialectical of thephilosophical basic to analyze the profound connotation behind the strategy, and it illustrates the abundant philosophy contained in the implementation of innovation driven development strategy.The fourth part, mainly tells about philosophical thinking of the implementation of the strategy of independent innovation drive, especially from the development point to do philosophical analysis thinking about carrying out the Strategy on Innovation-Driven Development in the process. It is necessary to build an innovative country based on our country’s basic national conditions, and pay attention to independent innovation, besides, we should focus on the construction of innovation system, innovation platform construction, and the essence of the talent innovation.
