Implementing innovation-driven development strategy is a major decision made by our country based on the situation at home and abroad and the current development situation.Innovation drives are essentially talent-driven.Enterprise is an important subject of implementing innovation-driven development strategy.Innovative talents are an important carrier of enterprise's scientific and technological innovation.It is of great significance to improve the capability of independent innovation and explore the problem of cultivating innovative talents.With the innovation-driven development strategy in-depth implementation of the enterprise's innovative talent has been unable to fully meet the development needs.The lack of innovative talents in the enterprise,the lack of synergistic linkage between innovative talents and the lack of cooperative training mechanism,which seriously restricts the improvement of independent innovation capability.To strengthen the collaborative training of innovative talents is conducive to solving this problem.Enterprise innovation talent co-cultivation is based on the enterprise to cultivate the main body,different departments within the enterprise innovative personnel to cultivate a new model.Enterprises are the direct use of innovative talents,the enterprise to strengthen the training of innovative talents,not only to improve the"quantity" of innovative talents,but also to enhance the“quality”of innovative talents.Innovation talent is the strategic and scarce resources of enterprises,how to play a synergistic effect of innovative talents under limited resources and how to improve the "quality" and "quantity" of innovative talents,and realize the sustainable development of enterprises?Through the analysis of the overall situation of innovative enterprises in Yunnan Province,the innovative talents of enterprises have cultivated the obstacles,such as concept,system and culture.The main causes are the narrowing of the concept of educating people,the lack of training mechanism and the lack of innovation and cultural construction.This paper analyzes the mechanism of enterprise innovative talents from the concept level,the system level and the cultural level.This thesis is divided into five chapters.Chapter 1:Introduction.This paper mainly elaborates the background and significance of the research on the collaborative training of innovative talents,the research of the problem,and the research ideas and methods.Chapter 2:Theoretical Overview.This paper summarizes the concepts of innovation-driven development strategy,enterprise innovation talents and collaborative training theory,and defines the concept of collaborative training of innovative talents and co-cultivates the subject and object.Chapter 3:Empirical Analysis.Taking the innovative enterprises in Yunnan Province as an example,this paper analyzes the obstacles and causes of the cooperative training of innovative talents.Chapter 4:Mechanism analysis.In the above discussion,the mechanism analysis is carried out from the concept level,the system level and the cultural level to the cooperative cultivation of the enterprise innovative talents.Chapter 5:Philosophical Thinking.This paper analyzes the innovation-driven development strategy and the co-cultivation of enterprise innovation talents and their relationship up to the philosophical level.
