Research On Elevator Supervision Management System And Application Based On Risk

With the elevator accidents happening frequently, the elevator safety issues have gradually taken social attention. In order to know the safety level of elevator and failure problems bitterly, in recent years, National quality inspection departments of all provinces and cities gradually carried out supervision and inspection for elevators in service. Because of the large number and variety of elevators, it brings lots of difficulties for elevator supervision. For the innovation of elevator supervision mode, improving efficiency of elevator supervision and guarantee of safe operation for elevators in service, currently, it is imminent and greatly significant to research on elevator supervision management system and application based on risk. Based on a large sample database of statistical analysis, This paper presents to establish a relatively reasonable supervisory selective examination and management index system of elevator based on risk; Considering two factors of the risk, it constructs the inspection risk assessment model of a service in the whole elevator of supervision and spot check; Based on the above content, it put forward a implementation process model of supervisory selective examination grading screening of elevator based on risk. The concrete research contents are as follows:(1)Elevator supervision and management index system based on risk. Based on a large sample database of statistical analysis, it makes a comprehensive analysis considering of manufacturing, installation, maintenance factor of elevator, the usage of elevator and the basic parameters of elevator these three aspects. It constructs elevator supervision and management index system based on risk.(2)In the service of elevator supervision for calculation model of the elevator inspection risk. In view of the two elements of risk, it puts forward the classification criteria basing on inspection risk indicators of the whole elevators and establishes the equivalent risk vector of single factor index grade. It realizes equivalent risk linear integrated method construction of multi index factor grade serves for calculation model of the whole elevator inspection risk by supervision.(3)The implementation process model of classification screening for elevator supervision based on risk. Based on the service of the calculation model for the whole elevator inspection risk by elevator supervision, it obtains the risk distribution characteristics of the inspection for the whole elevator in service. Meanwhile, it combines the ALARP principle of the whole elevator inspection and classification of risk and identifies the relatively reasonable results criterion of the whole elevator inspection risk. By the relevant theories of the elevator regulation, it establishes the implementation process model of classification screening for elevator supervision based on risk(4)The risk assessment program in the service of the whole elevator inspection of supervision and spot check. According to the established risk assessment model which serves in supervision and spot check the whole elevator inspection, it selects Matlab language as the risk assessment programming tools of the whole elevator inspection. The program realizes the index factor weight management, informed with reading of index evaluation, inputing of index grade vector, risk calculation of the whole elevator inspection, results of risk management of the whole elevator inspection and so on.(5)An example of application.The paper selected elevators in L city as the application object of elevator supervision. It used the established implementation process model of classification screening and supervision of selective examination for elevator based on risk to classify and screen. It applied the developed risk assessment program in the service of the whole elevator inspection of supervision and spot check.It analyzed effect and engineering application of implementation model of classification screening and evaluation program in the paper.
