| Vietnamese tourism industry developed rapidly since the reform and opening up to outside world of 1986, tourism industry became the most dynamic and potential industry in the third industry, also became a driving force of economic development of pillar industries in Vietnam. Tourism development strategy is related to the key issues of tourism holistic and long-term development, how to formulate tourism development strategy, how to make the need for competition and the corresponding countermeasures to form innovative products and services is an extremely important issue. Bac Ninh Province is in the north of the capital Hanoi, it is also a key economic triangle district where the transport is very convenient, Bac Ninh province tourism resources are mainly concentrated in the cultural tourism resources and eco-tourism resources.Through SWOT analysis on the development strategic environment of Bac Ninh Province, we propose some development strategic goals and measures. The Opportunities are: Vietnam National Tourism Development Strategy opportunities; rapid economic development opportunities; international tourism development opportunities. Threats are: tourism fierce competition; unpredictable factors; continuous restructuring of tourism development. The advantage factors are: resources advantages; locational advantages; policy advantages. Its disadvantage factors are: low competitiveness of tourism products; inadequate infrastructure, serious environmental damage; hysteresis management policies.On borrowing the tourist strategy of Yunnan. Finally, the tourism development strategies of Bac Ninh province are: the overall strategy for tourism development strategy contains the government-led strategy, regional tourism development of joint strategies, sustainable development strategy; the tourism image strategy of Bac Ninh province includes both cultural tourism and ecotourism two aspects of its brand strategy; using marketing strategy expands its brand influence. Finally, the measures of establishing a security system are: the establishment of a sound regulatory and plans of tourism, improving support policies, developing tourism human resource development. |
