Research On Influencing Factors Of Cotton Farmers’ Ecological Behavior In Shihezi

The development of industrial ecology has become a global trend today, and it becomes a trend of intrnational industry transformation and development in the world. At present, the ecological industry is the in evitable choice to realize the leap forward development for Xinjiang oasis economic. In recent years, cotton industry achieved rapid development in Xinjiang, but at the same time the ecological problem of cotton industry increasingly prominent. So it not only has important significance for improving the agricultural environment,but also makes great contribution to sustainable development of Xinjiang cotton industry to optimize farmers’ behavior.So it is has important significance to study the Ecological behavior characteristics and the influence factors of farmers, and to put forward some suggestions to optimize the ecological behavior.First, this paper summarize domestic and foreign literature of farmers’ behavior and farmers’ ecological behavior, and put forward some factors that affect the ecological behavior of farmers, it is used as the basis for the design of the questionnaire; By expounding theoretical basis, this paper stand out the necessity and significance of the research of farmers’ ecological behavior, and definite the connotation of ecological behavior of farmers.Then according to the investigation, This paper describes the situation of ecological environment of cotton industry in Shihezi, and specifically analyze characteristics of farmers’ ecological behavior. Finally, the paper uses Logistic regression model to analyze the influencing factor of farmers’ ecological behavior, from four aspects, including the characteristics of farmers, farmers’ household resource endowment conditions, external environment, ecological knowledge and awareness.And the paper analyze which factor influences farmers’ ecologicalbehavior positively or negative.Finally, through the above research and analysis, the author puts forward some measures and suggestions to optimize farmers’ ecological behavior in Shihezi. First, this paper proposes the following six measures corresponding model analysis results from the perspective of farmers:strengthen education and training, improve the overall quality of farmers; improve the income of the farmers, protect the farmers income stability; strengthen the promotion of agricultural technology, in-depth ecological planting behavior;improve cotton subsidy policy, refine standard and the amount of subsidy; increase farmers’ ecological knowledge, improve the ecological agriculture popularizes degree; improve the ecological awareness of the farmers, strengthen the education of ecological awareness. And then this paper proposes the following two measures from the government point of view: increase government investment intensity, establish agricultural ecological compensation mechanism, strengthen agricultural environment supervision, and establish incentive and restraint mechanism.
