Optimization Study On The Enter Mechanism Of Chinese Security Housing

As long as the man exists, the housing is one of the basic human needs. It’s related to people’s livelihood, also related to the harmony of the whole society. In our country, the security housing system is started late, but, along with the progressing of housing system reform, scientists do lots of job on studying all aspects of security housing system either. The enter mechanism of security housing is the "barriers" if while citizens want to share the housing security, is the key role of scientific selection of housing security object, but also important process of security housing allocation of resources.The enter mechanism of security housing is very important for the whole housing system. After 20 years of development, security housing in our country has attracted academic attention. Through research, many scholars at the world tried to study the security housing from the perspectives of public management, the welfare economics, sociology, political science, macroeconomics and so on. Focus on the basic theories of security housing, into the mechanism of standard line and related legal system, also provides some theoretical support to this paperIn this paper, according to typical case analysis method, comparative analysis method, qualitative research method and other methods, Chinese current security housing into the mechanism of the existence of information asymmetry, mechanism is not perfect, supervision is not in place and other practical problems. On the basis of domestic and foreign advanced experience for reference on the analysis, finally puts forward several, suited to China’s specific national conditions of affordable housing access mechanism optimization scheme, introduced into the mechanism proposed rules, the establishment of individual credit system, perfect the supervision system, perfect supporting policies and the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures. The use of model construction method, construction model and relevant policy recommendations to complete, and provides a way for the further optimization of promoting China’s affordable housing access mechanism.
