The Current Situation And Countermeasure Research To The Housing Security Of Yancheng City

Housing security system is an important part of the social security, it was formed in the process of solving the social problems of housing by the government. The establishment of housing security system is the inevitable demand of commodity housing, at the same time, it related to social and political problems, as well as the promotion of social justice, economic development and so on. There are four institutional types of the housing security system in this paper, they are affordable housing, low-rent housing, public rental and limit room. This paper uses the theory of public policy, talk about the history of China’s housing security system from the basic connotation of the housing security system and the main type of the housing security system; To Yancheng City, for example, I analysis the main content of the establishment of the city’s housing security system, the current situation and problems of the system implementation, and finally for the problems and the reasons put forward several countermeasures thinking.I hope this study contribute to the further optimization and implementation of Yancheng housing security system.
