Our country has been written the development of logistics into "15" Plan, and the logistics industry has attracted attention of national leadership and economic authorities. Development of logistics enterprises is in close relationship with the national economy, the pace of innovation directly affects the innovation performance of the entire national economy. Most logistics companies grow step by step rely on entrepreneurs personal connections such as social capital and entrepreneurship that started from "chipping away". However, China’s logistics industry is still in small and complicated situation, in this era of knowledge is power and the pursuit of the times, if logistic enterprises are stronger and bigger, it is critical to study the innovation performance. Social capital and entrepreneurship of Logistics are the key factor that affecting innovation performance, in which the role of knowledge management in the same can not be ignored. The purpose of this study lies in the logistics business for the object, based on the different stages of growth, research mechanism that social capital and entrepreneurship impact on innovation performance in the mediating role of knowledge management, and there is a great significance to perfect theory system and guide China’s logistics business rapid and sustainable development.This paper analyzes the meaning, level and impaction of social capital, entrepreneurship and knowledge management, then combed the factors and evaluation of innovative performance and corresponding research literature review; Through theoretical analysis proposed hypotheses of less than 10 years and more than 10 years of logistics enterprises and establish the theoretical analysis model; The paper makes an empirical by AMOS and SPSS software that find knowledge management really play a key intermediary role in the logistics corporate social capital and entrepreneurship influencing on innovation performance, and comparative analysis the performance of each factor in two phases of 10 years ago and after 10 years to draw some meaningful conclusions and enlightenment. Innovation is reflected in the paper:(1) Expanded the scope of previous studies that social capital impact on innovation performance, and combined with entrepreneurship and the intermediary role of knowledge management. In the theoretical model, social capital and knowledge management are conducted a stratified, so that the impact mechanism will be more systematic and clear. The results show that the intermediary role of knowledge management does exist.(2) Starting from the hierarchy of needs theory and the different stages of growth companies and combined with the existing literature, the study reveals more in-depth that different attention to social capital, entrepreneurship, knowledge management and innovation performance in different stages of logistics companies, then expanding the theoretical research in the field of logistics.(3) Inferred two phases of logistics business growth, the development stage is in 10 years and mature stage is 10 years later, and assuming the impaction is different in different stages of logistics enterprises, which is not considered in previous studies.
