Research On Collaborative Innovation Of Industry Cluster Based On The Innovation Chain

With the development of the regional economic globalization and tech innovation regionalisation,regional industrial clusters,the typical example of regional economy,leads and propels the economic development of a region and a nation.And it received more and more attention from home and abroad. The foreign and domestic practice and experiences indicates that industrial clusters can effectively promote the rapid development of regional and national industry,like Silicon Valley USA and bangalore in India.The LED industry in China presents clusterization features.Therefore,studying the tech innovation of LED industry cluster has important significance in the development of LED industry in China,even in the whole word.As the trend of industry clusterization,the technological breakthrough and sustainable innovation relies on the integral innovative ability of industry clusters.The promotion of enterprise’s innovation ability can not get away from the backbone of environment and cooperation with other organizations in cluster.So,establishing sound cluster’s collaborative innovation system is critical to enhancing the innovation and sustainable competitiveness of a industry.This article,combining industry cluster and collaborative innovation,study the collaborative innovation mechanism of cluster.It aims at providing theoretic basis and practice guidance for innovation subjects who want to enhance the ability of collaborative innovation.On the base of the previous study,this paper,with the theories of industry cluster and collaborative innovation,and the study subjects of enterprises and other institutions in clusters,is aimed to reveal the procedure and mechanism of the collaborative innovation among the subjects.First,this paper delves collaborative innovation mechanism of industry cluster from the perspective of innovation chain.And it proposes the core contents,”strategy—organization—knowledge”collaborative mechanism model.Then,on base of this theory model,it compares and studies the innovation patterns’ formation mechanism and features of LED industry clusters in Tianjin and other regions.It provides reference for LED industry development in Tianjin. On the basis of above theoretical analysis,this paper assesses collaboration index of LED clusters based on matter-element model.And it confirms the feasibility of the evaluation system and method.Finally,this paper offers countermeasure proposal to accelerate collaborative innovation of LED industry cluster from both macro-and micro-aspects.
