Large iron and steel production enterprises need a lot of energy such as coal, electricity, oxygen, nitrogen, etc. In China, a lot of energy are produces and use without Efficiency. Due to upstream and downstream production chain, each kind of energy medium are not isolated or static, but dynamic changing, that lead directly to other energy. Intelligent supply, automatic feedback and energy management, is very important for iron and steel enterprises to improve productivity, save the production cost. This Dissertation will start from the research and development of energy management center, observe the demand of various energy in the iron and steel plant, and energy use in generating the entire production process. Through the analysis of the data, to explore the construction scheme of energy management center design, base on the network technology, the use of industrial information for the iron and steel plant project, and how to do the implementation of the project construction scheme. Unified management of all kinds of energy medium to achieve plant produced by each process. Reduce energy consumption and optimize the energy balance and efficient use of two energy, reduce the energy consumption of per ton steel, to raise the level of environmental protection, to reduce air pollutant emissions, achieve energy saving, recycling transformation and clean production. The article combines theory with practice in the preparation process, to improve the iron and steel plant energy efficiency as the starting point and the foothold, adopts the methods of modern project management, from design and project implementation plan of two parts to research. The main research methods include the method of project management, information management method, flat management method. Solving the project construction scheme of energy management center of large iron and steel enterprises and implementation issues. Put forward the method of the application of modern project management method to carry out technological transformation of traditional industry. Confirmed our country energy management center right strategy in the economic and social benefits of the. Added energy management center application research to our large iron and steel enterprises in the project construction.
