Research On The Construction Plan Of H Company Project Management Informatization

With the sound development of China’s economy, the domestic auto industry has been greatly promoted, the residents continue to increase demand for automotive products, for which spawned a large number of medium and small-sized auto parts enterprises; and with the economic globalization, the development and application of information network technology, the society continues to open and restrictions of resources circulation gradually reduce, market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Facing with the troubles of the intense competition in the market, personalized consumer trends and faster replacement of product, in order to ensure that enterprises can remain invincible in which many competitors, they must improve their management level. H auto parts company which main business is product development, to improve its project management and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises have become particularly urgent.After several years of rapid development, its traditional enterprise management has become increasingly unable to keep up with the pace of development at this stage. Constrained by the low level of product development project management, its competitiveness in many enterprises is difficult to highlight, which would have a great impact in the future strategic development of the company. So we need to make improvements to the company’s current project management.Because information technology is an important way to improve enterprise management level, it is particularly important in this circumstances. Companies in the informationization trend just like riding a boat behind, only to use information technology initiative can the companies survive.In this paper, the author firstly analyses the project management of H company, then proposes a solution of project management informationization to solve its problem. Finally the author analyses necessity and requirement of its project informationization construction. For the specific case of H Company, this paper make a scientific choice in the plan of self-made and outsource. After choosing the plan of informationization construction,the author designs an informationization construction plan to make sure the process successful.To support the construction,this paper provides a series of insurances, such as the adjustment of the organizational structure, optimizing management processes and consummating the methods of project management.Although this paper has studied and designed the plan of informationization construction, the author realizes that the informationization construction is a systemic, long time and complicated process. Limited by the time and the authors knowledge, this paper does not discuss comprehensively. Also because of the special case of H company, its construction cann’t be completed one-time. In the future development process, H company needs to constantly upgrade its project management information system to meet the company’s development needs.
