The competition among enterprises expresses the competition of human resources,human resources is the most precious resources. With developing rapid economic, how to reasonably make use of human resources, maximally exert the advantages of human resources, and enhance the efficiency of organization, and how to train enterprise core competitiveness are great significant. So if enterprises want to succeed in competition of development, they must be scientific and reasonable to make plan of human resources management, and apply to employee performance appraisal system in order to discover talents. Performance appraisal was in the core of human resource management, effective performance appraisal system for staff and in regard to performance appraisal results to establish an effective incentive mechanism can promote staff motivation and play a role on long-term development of enterprises. How to establish appraisal indexes and Standard according to different enterprises is a crucial issue.According to the above-mentioned purposes, the author research the employees performance appraisal of Shijiazhuang Hwaneng Electrical Ltd. First, the author introduced the importance and the existence question of performance appraisal and expounded the relevant theories and methods of performance appraisal in brief.Nest,the author introduced the company profile and the present employees performance appraisal system, and analyzes its superiority and the deficiency thoroughly; Then, using the modern management theories and insisting on the principles of fixed quantity and quality, the author determined that the ability, the achievement and the manner were the 3 contents of measurement And according to the company actual situation and various posts characteristic, divided the company employees into the manager, the research, the service worker 3 kind of personnel,Using the KPI method the author designed the index system and standard for the performance appraisal about the employees,and then made use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process to set equilibrium for appraisal index, Finally, using the Grey Appraisal method, the author carried on the comprehensive performance appraisal to the company employees,and basing on the analysis the results of the performance appraisal, the author suggested how to apply the results of the measurement to the aspect of training, salary and employees professional profession plan.
