Machinery processing enterprises carrying out reverse logistics can effectively reduce the emission of final waste and reduce the disposal costs in waste to bear certain social responsibilities. And reverse logistics can improve customer satisfaction and increase customer loyalty companies. More importantly, reverse logistics improves the recovery efficiency of products and raw materials, which can effectively reduce material consumption, reduce production costs and achieve economic benefits.From the status of the machinery processing enterprises reverse logistics, this paper focus on the evaluation of mechanical processing enterprises reverse logistics model on the basics of introduction and comparison of the independent recovery mode, the recovery mode and the agency recovery mode. It builds a relatively complete mechanical processing enterprises reverse logistics model evaluation system using the comprehensive fuzzy hierarchy analysis method. And using a numerical example to verify the validity of the model. This paper is divided into four parts:Firstly, this article analyses the reverse logistics’ development status and the problems. The problems of the enterprises focus on legislation, management and awareness.Secondly, this article introduces the reverse logistics model of mechanical processing enterprises. The article firstly introduces the four factors from economic factor, business factor, external factor and social factor, then introduces and compares this three reverse logistics mode on this basis.Thirdly, this article establishes a reverse logistics evaluation system of machinery processing enterprises. On the basis of analysis of current development on the mechanical processing enterprises, the article builds a reverse logistics model evaluation index system from environmental principle, resource principle, technical principle, economic principle and social principle. Then it elaborates the superiority of the ccomprehensive fuzzy hierarchy analysis method on the evaluation of the reverse logistics model and establishes a reverse logistics evaluation system of machinery processing enterprises.Finally, this article verifies the validity of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. It chooses a Hebe Province’s petroleum machinery enterprises to evaluate the three modes, then according to the evaluation results to select the most appropriate reverse logistics mode for the petroleum companies and proposes some appropriate. I hope this article can provide a basis for the choice of reverse logistics mode of our machinery processing enterprises.
