Such as, cooperate risk, morals risk, system management risk etc.. The negative influence that the risk brings doesn't allows to neglect, it may bring enterprise the loss that can't save failure in the operation. Therefore, managing availably risks which bring by using a third part reverse logistics enterprise is the foundation and key which promises the enterprise running efficiently.This paper is exactly according to above background, on the base of the theories and practices which received from the domestic and international scholars' studying of reverse logistics and logistics outsourcing risks. This paper firstly introduce the research actuality in the domestic and international, conception and operation process of reverse logistics, development obstacle and trend of reverse logistics. Then analyze the necessity of studying reverse logistics outsourcing risks, and its meaning to enterprises' development, and point out that to most enterprises outsourcing reverse logistics is the inevitable trend of reverse logistics from now on. This paper' research object is outsourcing risks of reverse logistics, and it set out from the characteristics of reverse logistics, combined actual circumstance after outsourcing reverse logistics to a third part reverse logistics enterprise, identify each kind of risk of reverse logistics to outsource, and analyze inducement of each kind of outsourcing risk and the risk size of the different outsourcing ways. On this foundation, built up the evaluation index sign of risk system of reverse logistics outsourcing, put forward way and method of outsourcing risks management of reverse logistics, study the evaluation method , control measure and valuation means of outsourcing risks of reverse logistics.In the research process of outsourcing risks of reverse logistics, this paper use the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method to judge the outsourcing risks of reverse logistics. And set forth to builds up a risk factor gathers, adopt the power value factor judgment method to made sure weighting of the evaluation index sign, build up comment gathers, construct and a adjudicated matrix in an experts investigating method, then get fuzzy result of outsourcing risks of reverse logistics by calculating: The very strong possibility of the risk is 25%, the bigger is 24%. On this foundation, this paper points out the reasons to the result, and put forward homologous control measure and prevention countermeasure to the outsourcing risks of reverse logistics: Controling and finance handling, and build up the earlywarning system to the outsourcing risks of reverse logistics.In the paper end, combine theories studying with a case analysis to try to provide a theories reference for enterprises managing the outsourcing risks of reverse logistics.
