Capital is blood of an enterprise. The level of capital management of enterprises has very important influence on the survival and development of them. The centralized management of capital is being applied by more and more enterprises group as a very important means to strengthen the management of capital.Tangshan Jidong Cement Limited, as a state-owned listing Corporation,is eager to put forward the need to optimize the existing model of centralized capital management. With the continuous expansion of the enterprises scale,Jidong wants to strengthen the risk control for the branch company as well as enhance the efficiency of the capital use.The research method for this dissertation is to set up an optimal program for the existing issues and current situation in centralized capital for the enterprise group Management by using the research results of Chinese and overseas scholar.First,This dissertation introduces the background of why selecting this topic and its importance. It comes to a general understanding and knowledge of the centralized capital management for the enterprise group by elaborately stating on the related theory and models.Second, This dissertation analyses the development history of Jidong and illustrate the current situation and existing mail problem faced by Jidong.Third, It comes up with many suggestions on the improvement from all aspect such as the fund management,bill management,credit management,capital budget and financial plan management,resource allocation. At the same time the Safeguard measures are drawn up for all above suggestions.Finally here comes a conclusion and prospect for the results after implementing those improvements on Jidong’s capital management.
