Supply chain finance is an innovative financial service mode, represents a direction of future development of bank credit business, has great development potential. According to the financial model of the supply chain and agricultural industry chain can effectively solve the financing problems of agriculture in our country, to promote the development of agricultural industrialization of great significance. The supply chain finance business mode and traditional credit model different makes the risk of supply chain finance control compared to the traditional model has significant difference. However, due to lack of financial institutions for a short time, many domestic banks understanding of financial risk in supply chain, the product design needs to be improved in terms of risk control.This paper first gives a comprehensive introduction to the supply chain finance model and risk control theory, pointed out that the supply chain finance compared to the traditional credit model has different risk characteristics, must according to the specific business model to take risk management control means is different from traditional banking.Secondly, based on the theory of the supply chain finance review, the agricultural supply chain financial background, mode of operation and risk control are analyzed.Then set up a business from the bank’s point of view, the Zhangjiakou four characteristics of agricultural supply chain finance business model, product operation and risk control is analyzed, and the case analysis summarizes the financial risk in supply chain management.Finally, on the basis of theoretical and empirical analysis, gives the improvement of agricultural supply chain financial risk management and better supply chain finance supporting agricultural industrialization development positive policy suggestions.
