Caspian Energy Development And Its Impact On China

Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development Chinese economy for many years, to obtain a stable source of energy is the sustainable and stable development of economy security. Haiti Central Eurasia continent, an extremely important strategic position,rich oil and gas resources,since the collapse of the Soviet Union, countries in the world to protect its own energy supply, have participated in the development of energy resources in the Caspian Sea in various ways, energy pipelines in the Caspian Sea region has become the focus of competition,Chinese into the Caspian Sea region of late,to participate in the Caspian energy competition many obstacles, how to obtain a greater voice in the fierce competition in the Caspian Sea, how to safeguard the interests of the world and Chinese energy giant competition,how to “improve the construction safety China energy channels of the Silk Road economic belt” strategy under the guidance,is must be solved at present Chinese Caspian energy strategy problem.This paper is divided into 4 parts, through the perspective of history,geopolitics, macro economics,analysis by using the methods of interdisciplinary research,empirical research,literature research on the Caspian Sea,the Caspian Sea energy nowadays competition problem,that of China in the “Silk Road Economic Belt” strategy, importance,the Caspian Sea energy competition to participate in the development of necessity,need to pay attention to the problems.The first part, analysis of the historical source of the Soviet era after the disintegration of the Soviet Union the Caspian Sea,the Caspian Sea legal status of the legal status of the Caspian Sea disputes that lead to this dispute,status and legal status of the Caspian Sea.The second part, the Caspian Sea is one of the twenty-first Century world energy potential of the largest area,rich in energy resources around the world,actively involved in the development of energy resources in the Caspian Sea region,rushing to build in favor of its national interests in the oil and gas pipeline.
