Nowadays, world economic integration network, enterprise operation globalization, Homogeneity phenomenon appears in almost every industry products and service. Products and service chosen by customer do not have a big difference, and enterprises face every kind of competition and challenges. Then how to survive and develop depends on enterprises, choosing advanced technology and management method and also strengthen the construction of core competitiveness of enterprises. In current society, the enterprise culture as a soft power has been became an important part of enterprise core competition, which has been recognized by more and more enterprise. Excellent enterprise culture throughout all parts of the enterprise development process, sublimating enterprise soul, guiding problems detected during enterprise developing a positive way, improving the competitiveness and cohesion of enterprises. Therefore, to build a suitable enterprise culture will play an important role on forming internal staff cohesion and strengthen external enterprise core competition.This paper summarize the related theory of enterprise culture,research by combining questionnaire to company employees and onsite people and suppliers, based on UTM as the research object, using literature research on related theory.Draw histogram method using statistics to analysis conclusion of the research result, state clearly on UTM company organization system communication and cooperation, leadership, and this paper has found that during the process of building enterprise culture,change of the external environment and internal spirit restrict its further development. On the option of choosing staff in the questionnaire, the distribution is reasonable, and the feedback data reliability is high, sums up the present problems of the company, and we have targeted solution to the problems and ensure the countermeasure.In this paper, in addition to the study of chosen topic background, research status domestic and oversea, the definition of enterprise culture as well as the function and features of enterprise,mainly overview from the aspect of UTM company introduction,organization chart, human resources and enterprise culture development course. This paper sums up the existed problems in UTM Company in the current environment based on company culture building achievements and external and internal research result. This paper mainly stated how to solve the problems during the culture construction and raise the specific proposal of enterprise culture and make sure further improvement on every aspect. At last, propose the safeguard measures from the solution preparation, implementation, goals, and implementation steps, safeguard measures and effect.Enterprise culture promotion work is not only a kind of shock and challenge to the original enterprise culture, but also a moderate adjustment to the external environment change and a profound significance to the improvement on internal centripetal force and external market competitiveness.This article promote research of UTM company's enterprise culture, and come out the measure with persistence, continuity according to the proposal. This article is aimed at UTM company research present situation, hope this paper can provide reference to improve enterprise culture and achieve to serve the company. So as to achieve the purpose of enhance enterprise internal centripetal force and external market competitiveness, and at the same time this paper can provide proper help on research, analysis and summarization.
