| With the mode of economic development changing,government not only pursuits economic quantity increases,but also pays more attention to improve the quality of the transformation at the same time. Economic development,from extensive to intensive, has become the big trend of development. Hebei Province,as an important part in northern China,makes full use of the resource endowment advantage of Beijing,Tianjin and itself,and its economic is developing rapidly. However,Hebei facing some serious trouble at the same time,such as the environmental pollution is serious, energy utilization the low utilization of land and low degree of industrial agglomeration.How to break through the dilemma of the development and the optimization of industrial upgrading has become the focus of economic development.Based on existing research results,such as regional economics and industrial organization theory,this paper analysis Hebei province industrial development dilemma through the methods of comparative research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.We find the serious dilemma of environmental pollution, energy consumption, low efficiency of land use and industrial agglomeration.These problems severely affect the economy high-quality and high-speed development.To get rid of the development dilemma,this paper draws the industrial restructuring and upgrading of the successful experience on United Kingdom, South Korea and Jiangsu province. Then according to the actual situation in Hebei province, this paper puts forward suggestions and direction of industrial transformation and upgrading.First,Hebei province ensuring economic growth while reducing emissions should take the road of recycling economy development.Second,Hebei province should improve technology and take the road of High-tech.Third,Hebei province should improve industrial concentration degree,speed up transformation and upgrading of industrial structure and Collaborative Beijing, Tianjin development. |
