Through the market analysis on Australian market, ZXAUTO shall set its marketing strategy in relation with the research on consumer demands, CSI, concerned elements from market research and the competition environment factors; and to apply countermeasures onto existing marketing issues through such research analysis and studies. This thesis conclusive analysis is based on the result analysis from the market researches and studies, the questionnaire survey from consumers brand awareness on competitor brands, essential marketing elements and demands, sales data research and analysis on the entire market and the competitors, data categorization and conclusive analysis on statistics and results analysis from the questionnaire survey results. Firstly, the consumer survey results on Grand Tiger product and brand awareness through the questionnaire shall be able to define product advantages and from this to set a baseline for product positioning. Secondly, through the analysis on Australia market product pricing so as to conclude the disadvantages of the current product pricing, to minimize the same segment product price sensitivity through the studies from targeted consumers and setting a pricing principle derived from competition-based pricing. Thirdly, the sales network researches and studies shall define the issues on sales network utilization, and adjust accordingly in correlation with competitor sales networks strategy, restructure the sales network strategy through the researches and studies on Australia demographic, CCI and O2 O sales network model comparisons. To conclude that O2 O sales network model application shall support in resolving existing issues and is more inline and suitable on market development and company strategy.
