With the fast-pace development of computer,Communications,consumer electronics and automotive industry as well as the rapid growth of demand,the industry of FPC has achieved its prosperity since the end of last century to now.In this paper,the Laifute (Suzhou) is a small andmedium-sized enterprises,Recent years,because of the competition in FPC field is becoming more and more intense,the subject of this thesis on the one hand is to let the company be prior to its competitors,decide the effective Marketing strategy and gain the long-time and lasting competitive strength in the common market.On the other hand is to exploit new potential customer and new application service domain.After consulted to foreign and domestic documents of the strategy management and market sales management,the author holds rather detailed information based on the study of industry of FPC technology.After the analyzing the field of FPC and the organization of Laifute(suzhou) company,the author concludes that company needs to make the Market positioning strategy,product strategy,pricing strategies and strategic component of the combination of Service-based marketing strategy of the conclusions,and concludes the specific implement strategy of the differentiation of products,service,sales, image and employees.Furthermore,the author provides the adjustment advice for the company's organization structure,human resource and the culture,ere,so as to the success of strategy of the terms security.Though the study of the suitable strategy of Laifute (Suzhou) Company,ventures should realize that the time of BWA give us both opportunities and challenges,and know the own capability and resource at the same time. The ventures also will be clear for their strategy and the future development destination and bring up the core capability,and offer the reference and help to other ventures.
