Our Country Farmers’ Cooperative Development Problems And Countermeasures Research

Since the ancient time, China has been an agricultural country. It has a great position in the agriculture of the national economy. Since the " Third Plenary Session of the eleven", the agriculture of our country implementation of the household contract responsibility system,which made our country’s agriculture start a new stage of development. At this stage, in the knowledge economy swift and violent development today, the development of agriculture more specialized, integrated development, so the farmers cooperative economic organizations emerge as the times require. And the development of Chinese farmer cooperative economy organization directs the height of its agricultural development. Therefore, China should focus on the development of farmer cooperation economic organization.This article mainly carries on the analysis from the present stage of our country farmer cooperative economy organization, respectively from the infrastructure and policy support,industry distribution and marketing channel three aspects has carried on the analysis of the main draw at the present stage in our country’s basic infrastructure, rural financial institutions,government fiscal and tax to support the status quo, and through the farmer cooperatives in China’s current industrial distribution and the analysis of the status of the marketing channel,the deficiencies and problems in the development of our country’s farmer cooperatives are obtained. In this paper, using comparative analysis of Hebei province and Shandong province two big agriculture province in four aspects, respectively is the development scale,development type, industry distribution and government support. Through comparative analysis, this paper found that the main problems existing in the development of farmer cooperatives in China include: farmer cooperatives in China’s infrastructure construction is not perfect, although the government has been on the policy support, but the support is smaller, industry distribution is not balanced, although farmers cooperatives expanded the farmers’ marketing channel, but marketing channels are restricted, is relatively small, and the farmer cooperatives in China’s own problems, such as the main body of organization, famers enthusiasm is low, and so on.Finally combining with the analysis of farmers’ cooperatives in developed countries and experience for reference, such as the United States and Japan, for example, it is concluded that for our country farmer cooperative development, finally put forward some reasonable Suggestions, in order to promote our country farmer cooperatives and have a good development, to promote the further increase of agriculture in our country.
