Selection And Development Research To Kazakhstan Advantage Industry Of Xinjiang

Opening to the outside world need industry as support, and the advantage industry can drive and influence the development of other industries. Thus promote the entire region’s economic and social development. Under the background of the silk road economic belt, as the core area of the silk road economic belt, Xinjiang how to seize this historic opportunity, unwavering converts industrial advantage to economic advantage, righting choice in opening to the outside world and the development of competitive industries is important. Kazakhstan as Xinjiang’s largest trading partner, is open to the west of Xinjiang national samples. This paper studies the advantage industry of Xinjiang, and then through the factor analysis method for ranking compared advantage industry, finally, development countermeasures were also suggested.Firstly, this paper analyzes the industry development situation of Xinjiang and the advantage industry of Xinjiang region, the industry situation and disadvantage industry of Kazakhstan’s import demand are analyzed. And then by unit of output costs to compares the advantage industry of Xinjiang and Kazakhstan.Then, this paper studies the Xinjiang selection principle and selection of the advantage industry benchmark, to determine its selection method. In this paper, the choice for the advantage industry in Xinjiang has made the empirical analysis, by constructing index system, using the factor analysis method, made the advantage industry of Xinjiang for Kazakhstan, with the result of selection are analyzed. To discuss on the influence factors of the advantage industry development in Xinjiang, including the advantages and disadvantages as well as the advantages and disadvantages of this region in Kazakhstan.Finally, on the basis of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, through to the Xinjiang to Kazakhstan advantage industry development factors, this paper from the central government, local government and enterprise level put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions, think perfect policy, strengthen the guidance, enterprise linkage is feasible for the advantage industry development in Xinjiang.
