The Study Of Impact On Economic Growth Of Labor Match Degree

The economic growth has been the frontier problems in academic circles, also has been a hot issue of concern.Research in this area can be said to have been an immense number of books.The dominant factor on the economic growth is not the same in different stages.Here the word “factors of production” has a broad sense, refers to not only a simple sense, such as land, labor, capital, equipment and other traditional production factors,now also include technology, talent, management and other elements.At present, there are a lot of Chinese labor market allocation of human capitaldistorted affects economic growth, resulting in waste of human rescoures and economic loss. In this paper, combined with the theory and reality, based on the traditional economic growth theory and general factors of production, introducing a new concept of “labor matching degree” elements, using comparative and empirical analysis methods in the course of the study, establish economic growth and labor mathching computation economic model, the two studies are qualitative and quantitative.By comparing the two countries “different development degree of labor matching ”,to study this new influence factors of the impact on the economic growth, and find out the inner factors resulting in the difference in two countries, provide guidelines for the allocation of human recources in the process of economic devolopment in China.The specific point of view, this paper can be divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, the introduction includes five points, they are: the backgroud of research,the purpops and significance of this study, the ideas and methods of this research, the definition of some important concepts, possible difficulties and some innovations. The second part is the related theories and literature review, introducing the related therories, this paper will mainly include economic growth theory, human capital theory, population migration theory. Not all related theories are listed here, just make some important and related list of those theories.The third part is the model building, the effective labor theory and normal production function model to measure the degree of contribution of labor matching to the economic growth based on combination of the two countries and give the actual parameters. The fourth part mainly calculates 1980-2012 American labormatching degree of contribution to economic growth rate, combining the American growth and labor matching status.The fifth part calculates 1980-2012 Chinese labor matching contribution to economic growth combining the actual Chinese situation and estimates the China potential economic losses. The sixth part is the study conclusion and policy recommendations,mainly on how to improve the China labor matching degree for playing their role in promoting economic growth policy recommendations.
