| In recent years, rapid growth in China to invest in ASEAN, especially for energy,mining investment. Investigate its reason, one is the development of ASEAN consume a large amount of energy, and its energy development ability is limited, China’s investment in the energy industry to achieve a win-win situation; The second is ASEAN is China’s important energy importer, investment in the energy industry to strengthen China’s energy security. But ASEAN countries such as economy, politics,society, science and technology condition is complex, because do not understand,Chinese enterprises met with various obstacles in the process of investment.In this paper, combing the current situation of China to ASEAN investment,analyzes the reason of "going out" and the investment potential of ASEAN. From Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, four representative countries, introduces the local investment environment. To explore the host factors such as economy, politics,society and technology, its influence on China’s direct investment to ASEAN energy industry. Combined with the investment subject, state-owned enterprises, analyzed the characteristics of the enterprise. Investment involves project of large state-owned enterprises, more money, so it is very important to avoid risk.Stata10 software is used to build the fixed effect panel data regression model, the results show that the amount of investment and negatively correlated with the host country economic development, and the host country political stability, social infrastructure, natural resources were positively correlated, and the degree of the host country science and technology related conclusion is not obvious. The article finally puts forward opinions and Suggestions on Chinese companies to invest in ASEAN. |
