| As market demand changes,China's manufacturing enterprises began to carry out service-oriented transformation,and gradually changed from manufacturing centered to service-oriented.Technological innovation is an important guarantee factor for the core competitiveness and sustainable operation of an enterprise.Therefore,based on the background of service-oriented manufacturing industry,this thesis discusses the technological innovation effect of enterprises in the service-oriented transformation of manufacturing industry.This thesis combines theoretical analysis,empirical analysis and case analysis to study the technological innovation effect of service transformation of manufacturing industry.In the theoretical research part,based on the definition and characteristics of manufacturing service and technological innovation effects,this thesis sorts out the influence mechanism of manufacturing service transformation on technological innovation effect.The process of manufacturing service includes input service and output service.In the process of input service,enterprises will inject high-end elements such as technology,knowledge and talents into manufacturing enterprises by investing in high-end service businesses such as R&D services,information technology services and financial services,which will enhance the technological innovation effect of manufacturing companies.In the process of output service,enterprises provide after-sales service based on products,which will increase the communication between enterprises and customers.The feedback from customers on products will form new market demand,which will stimulate enterprises to carry out technological innovation and enhance the technological innovation effect of enterprises.At the same time,in the process of service,manufacturing companies will pay more attention to cooperation with customers,suppliers,business partners,governments and other entities,which will form an innovation network.The members of the network will complement each other and share knowledge,so that enterprises have more abundant information,knowledge and other supporting resources,which will speed up the innovation of the whole network and improve the enterprise's Technological innovation level.In the empirical research part,this thesis selects 118 enterprises of China's listed multinational equipment manufacturing enterprises as research samples,and builds a panel model to analyze the technological innovation effect of manufacturing service transformation.In the case study section,this article selects “Jingwei Textile Machinery Co.,Ltd.” as a case.Through the analysis of the manufacturing service transformation process of “Jingwei Textile Machinery”,it isdivided into three stages: the non-transformation stage,the initial transformation stage and the comprehensive transformation stage,and analyze the effects of technological innovation in three stages and the impact of manufacturing service on the technological innovation effect in the corresponding stage.Based on the above three parts of research,the thesis draws the following conclusions:The relationship between the service transformation of manufacturing industry and the technological innovation effect of enterprises are not purely linear,showing a quadratic function relationship of “inverted U”.At first,the technological innovation effect of enterprises increased with the deepening of the service transformation of manufacturing enterprises.When the degree of service transformation of a manufacturing enterprise reaches a certain value,the technological innovation effect of enterprises has a reverse relationship with the service-oriented degree of enterprises.The technological innovation effect of enterprises decreases with the deepening of service-oriented degree of enterprises.Based on this conclusion,the paper puts forward the following suggestions from the enterprise level and the government level,to guide manufacturing enterprises to carry out service-oriented transformation and continuously improve the technological innovation effect of enterprises in the transformation:(1)Enhance the concept of service development of manufacturing enterprises and weaken manufacturing concepts;(2)Adjust the structure of service industry and promote the development of high-end service industry;(3)Carrying out the strategy of talent introduction and strengthening human resource reserve;(4)Enhance the frequency of customer communication and promote the technological innovation of enterprises;(5)Strengthen exchanges and cooperation with upstream and downstream enterprises in the value chain to jointly build an innovative cooperation network. |
