Study On Suichuan Collective Forest Asset Valuation After Forest Tenure Reform

With the gradual development of forest tenure reform in China,collective forest right trading market continues to grow,collective forest right trading increasingly active. At the same time, it also led to the development of collective forest resource evaluation. As an important part of forest right trading, the development of collective forest resource evaluation has a significant impact on forest right trading. This paper selects Suichuan County as a case which the forest right trading is very common there. Through research and gather information, this paper has explained the overall situation of the collective forest resource evaluation of Suichuan County after the forest tenure reform. Meanwhile, analyzed the issues that appears in the work of collective forest resource evaluation, such as the number of assessment agencies are unique, small coverage, and Assessment theory and methods are too old. At the same time, focuses on the current collective Forest Resources Valuation Methods of Suichuan County and select the actual case, through the analysis of the case gave a detailed assessment of the specific application. Finally, against the problem of the collective forest resource evaluation of Suichuan County, this paper has put forward some policy recommendations from the introduction of competition mechanism、 establish evaluation system and other aspects.
