High- end equipment manufactur ing industr y is a pillar industry of our country, is a reflection of a countr y’s core competit iveness, to our countr y’s economic deve lopment is a powerful role in promot ing. High- end equip ment manufactur ing industry because of its professio n attr ibute, a partnership is a very common way to enhance competit iveness, to ma inta in the stability of t he partnership for partners in the commo n develop ment of the enterprise has the vital s ignificance. The establishme nt of t he partnership is required in order to better access to enterprise resources, is an important means of enterpr ise gain a compet it ive edge, and the stability o f t he partnership w ill make enterprises more effic ient use of resources. The study found that partner characterist ics w ill affect the stabilit y of the partners. Data analys is results show that the partner characterist ics of four dimens ions all have pos it ive effect on the stabilit y of partnership, and the strength o f t he operationa l coordinat ion, resource comp leme ntarit y, target correlat ion, cultura l compat ibilit y; Re lat ions between the two dimens ions of capital trust and commitment plays.Based on the abo ve research results, high- end equipment manufactur ing enterpr ises to establish long- term and stable partnership with suppliers, improve abilit y to get resources, enterprises need to choose the right supplier, t he supplier should have the fo llowing characte rist ics: highly rele vant goals and manufactur ing enterprise, has the essent ia l resources and abilit ies, companies need compatib le wit h the culture of the enterprise, and enterprise can coordinate wit h each other in t he operatio n; In order to better strengt hen t he partnership of stability, need to increase trust and commitment between enterprises.
