Evolution Mechanism Of Technical Capacity In Process Of Technological Leapfrogging Based On Technological Learning

In the recent ten years, along with the progress of science and technology and the growing of world economy, how to carry out technological innovation, enhance technical ability become the key to build up the enterprise core competitive ability. As a developing country, our country is becoming a world power step by step, but in the field of science and technology, our country is still not in a higher position. Most domestic companies still give priority to counterfeit, and lack of core technology, technology integration and originality,there are not so many companies that has the ability of world’s leading technology.However, technology learning as an important way to ensure the continuous improvement of technical capabilities, how to enhance the technological capabilities of enterprises through technological learning mechanism, and then realize leapfrogging,and to make the ability of enterprise in our country catch up to world advanced level becomes key issues of companies today. This paper will research on this area, hoping to provide theoretical and practical significance for companies about how to enhance technical capacities and realize leapfrogging through technological learningThis paper reviews the researches about leapfrogging, technical capacity and technological learning, then mainly to research on how to improve the technological capabilities of enterprises through the technical learning mechanism. For this reason, on the basis of analyzing the content of leapfrogging and technical capacity, this paper divides technical learning into internal and external learning according to the source of learning, then discusses how to improve technical capacity of enterprises through internal and external learning mechanisms, and combines two mechanisms to analyze evolution mechanism of technical capacity based on internal and external learning mechanisms, explores that companies improve the technical capacity and realize leapfrogging through technology learning mechanism,then provides a theoretical basis for this study provides.After that,this paper builds system dynamics model,simulates different scheme by changing the model parameters,then analyzes and verifies the evolution mechanism framework of technical capacity.Finally,the paper provides the suggestion to improve technical capacity and leapfrogging of companies through analyzing the case of Neusoft Medical Systems Co.
