A Study On Yangjiang Nuclear Power Plant Emergency Management

After entering in twenty-first Century, China’s economy is still in a stage of rapid development. With the rapid development of economy, the national demand for energy in the increasingly rapid growth. At present, the power energy for human use has thermal power, hydropower, wind power, nuclear power, solar energy and so on many kinds of ways and channels. In these power energy, nuclear energy is a clean energy ideal, its application technology has been relatively mature. However, nuclear energy also has large potential risks, it brings clean energy at the same time to the human, there is a greater risk of radioactivity.The purpose and significance of this paper is that through the study of Yangjiang nuclear power emergency prevention and disposal management, analysis of the existence of some management problems, and puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions, and then improve the management system, to ensure that the nuclear emergency prevention and management to develop more efficient, so that the protection of people’s lives and property from threat.This study is based on analysis of domestic and foreign nuclear emergency management, crisis management, combined with the actual situation in Yangjiang nuclear power project at present related work, carries on the reason analysis on the existing problems, and puts forward the solution to solve the current problems of Yangjiang project proposals and countermeasures. In this paper, the integrated use of the literature review, interview, comparative analysis and other methods, through the query at home and abroad at present already in crisis management, especially the basic research of nuclear emergency prevention and disposal management aspects of, through the emergency prevention and other domestic and foreign nuclear power project the management analysis and emergency staff interview, the Yangjiang nuclear power efficient management scheme in emergency prevention and disposal management.Based on the Yangjiang nuclear power emergency prevention and disposal management, put forward suggestions for improvement in the aspect of emergency personnel training and emergency escape knowledge training, construction field and emergency drills and comprehensive emergency drill, emergency regulations system etc.. Through the absorption of these suggestions for improvement, Yangjiang’s nuclear emergency prevention and treatment management can be effectively improved, so as to further enhance the capacity of the Yangjiang nuclear power plant.
