Research On Trust Risk Assessment In Project Construction

Research on trust risk assessment have developed for decades in the field of computer, but the research has just started in the field of engineering construction. Research on trust risk assessment is from three aspects of trust connotation, trust mechanism,trust function,analysis of influential factors are based on interpersonal relationship,but there is no risk factors for the cause of the trust crisis.Long-term low efficiency of the success of engineering project need to let the project participants to understand their trust crisis, take measures to avoid some unnecessary crisis of confidence, so that the project can proceed smoothly. Therefore, research on the trust risk assessment of the project participants is necessary. the analysis of trust risk assessment are mainly from the perspective of the owner and the contractor.Firstly, we clear the status and importance of the two in the project construction, the use of trust risk theory to analyze the risk factors of the two in the project construction, induces the risk factors of social environment, the market economy, national laws and regulations and its related aspects. Secondly, to use Fuzzy Petri net with Fuzzy Fault Tree theory to establish trust risk assessment model for the owner and contractor, analysing the trust risk factors, finding out the correlation and the relevance between these factors, Through the analysis, the optimization and the algorithm implementation, we find out the important factors of their trust crisis. So that they can take effective measures to avoid some unnecessary crisis of confidence in the project construction. Finally, in order to better service for the construction of the project, we can establish trust risk evaluation system by using two kinds of models through case studies.In a word, the models are established based on two kinds theory of the the Fuzzy Petri net with Fuzzy Fault Free theory, are betterly able to analyze the factors about the trust risk of the owner and the contractor in the project construction, to provide effective methods.to take effective measures to avoid a crisis of confidence for both sides.
