Since Honda Nanhai Incident in2010, more and more cases of collective labor relations catches people’s eyes. Honda Nanhai Incident and nationwide work stoppage tide caused by it became an important symbol of Chinese collectivization transformation of labor relations. How to coordinate and handling of collective labor relations has become a major problem to be solved.Collective bargaining had been generally adopted in western market economy countries as an important coordination mechanism for collective labor relations. China has formally adopted this system since the mid-1990s, but in practice it described as "Collective Consultation and Collective Contract System". Application of this system has a history of nearly20years, although it played a certain role, but also accompanied by a variety of problems.Accompanied with Honda Nanhai Incident in2010, China actually appeared another form of collective bargaining. This form of collective negotiation is triggered by the collective action and it may be closer to the form of collective bargaining in western countries. This form of collective negotiation has been operated in China for three years and generated a lot of typical cases.Through the comparison between the two collective bargaining form in Chinese operation, the author want to find the places need to be perfected then puts forward her own thinking to provide some reference for the future development direction of Chinese collective bargaining.
