The dissertation paper composes of 4 chapters in all.Chapter 1 mainly discusses concept definition, basic framework and social functions of collective bargaining. This chapter is to know all-around of collective bargaining on the base of its concept and it's also the research beginning of the whole paper.Chapter 2 mainly explains that collective bargaining is a kind of effective bargaining way that makes both parties' effectiveness dynamic and maximum, and that contract will be signed at last by confirming equilibrium effectiveness of both parties according to the supply and demand change of the market. At the same time, it analyses economic nature, game action, " Both Winning" conditions and several economic problems that should be considered by both parties in allusion to some economic factors of collective bargaining such as macroeconomic situations, corporate economy state, etc. This chapter is the further theory research of collective bargaining on the base of Chapter 1.Chapter 3 mainly introduces theory research, research characteristics and practice experience of collective bargaining in western countries. We try to find some inspirations for China by the introduction of foreign experience. This chapter is about contrast research of collective bargaining.Chapter 4 mainly analyses social conditions and restricted factors of collective bargaining in China, and offers some practice and imaginations of how to construct our corporate wage system on the base of collective bargaining and how to construct and improve mechanism of wage collective bargaining through case analysis of Hangzhi Mechanical & Electronic Company, Ltd. This chapter is analysis and summarization of China's practice in collective bargaining, and is also research purpose and research destination of the whole dissertation paper.
