The last decade,all kinds of issues of food safety and the operation of food businesses have been emerging in endlessly in Chinese society.The CSR issues in food manufacturing enterprises becomes most storm topic which is most concerned by the mass media and the public.Based on the analysis of its status quo,we can find the fact that the gaps indeed exist in Chinese food companies in social responsibility performance compared with developed countries. Most enterprises lack the awareness of social responsibility.However,Its root, a blind pursuit of profit or drift, and other reasons such as the lack of external constraint and ineffective evaluation.Thus,It is of practical significance to evaluate the performance of Chinese food enterprises’ social responsibility in a scientific and rational way.And we propose an improved strategy of the fulfillment conditions of social responsibility in Chinese food companies.Through a comprehensive analysis of the literatures of the Evaluation and performance of Chinese food enterprises in domestic and foreign,this paper explains the stakeholders demands of food business interests in detail.On this basis,we select and emphatically analyze the the five core interests of China’s food enterprises stakeholders.At the same time,we designed social responsibility evaluation system including 15 various types of indicator and utilize the method of experts and AHP to help determine the weight of each index weigh.Finally, for example,we validate and test two companies’ evaluation index system which are distinct.
