Food safety issues are closely linked to every consumer.In recent years,because of the continuous emergence of food safety incidents,the entire food industry has also fallen into a crisis of trust,which has also brought a series of social problems.This is a serious impact on the safety of consumers and their legitimate rights and interests.The lack of responsibility of food companies in China is the main cause of serious food problems.Therefore,in this paper,we mainly study the social responsibility of China's food production enterprises,and explore the main causes of the lack of corporate social responsibility,so that we can find practical and effective solutions.For consumers,only by understanding the current status of food production enterprises,can we better guarantee that our rights are not infringed,and at the same time promote enterprises to fulfill their obligations better.From the perspective of the government,the issue of food safety has a great connection with the development of the whole society.It is necessary to continuously increase the intensity of rectification and comprehensively improve the relevant systems.In this paper,theories of stakeholder theory,comprehensive social contract theory,and corporate citizenship theory are mainly used as the basis for discussion,and theoretical knowledge and empirical analysis are combined.From the perspective of macroeconomics,we can consider the economic and social requirements of corporate social responsibility,and analyze the status quo of food production enterprises' social responsibility and the future development direction from a microscopic perspective,and thus the status quo of China's food production social responsibility.Explore.In this paper,A food company is taken as an example,and the general situation and organizational structure of A food enterprise are analyzed in detail,and then the current status of its management system is studied.After obtaining the survey results,go to A food enterprise.The main problems of fulfilling social responsibility are analyzed,such as the imperfection of the food safety management system and the lack of attention to food safety within the company.In the later period,through analysis of the problem,it is known that there are three main causes of government,social environment and enterprise itself.In the end,I drew on the management methods of food safety social responsibility issues in food companies in the United States,Japan and Canada,and put forward suggestions for improving the development of food safety social responsibility of A food enterprises.The first point is that the company's internal needs to establish a social responsibility system,in order to establish a food safety management mechanism within the company,and then establish a full traceability system for RFID,if there is a food safety hazard,then take the initiative to recall.Only in this way can we promote the construction of corporate social responsibility culture.In addition,the government needs to constantly improve relevant laws,continuously strengthen the management of food enterprises,and maximize the supervision of social organizations and the public.We will urge A food companies to work hard to fulfill their social responsibilities.
