Study On A Company Product Logistics Facilities Planned And Simulation

In this paper, which mainly study on the A car tire manufacturing enterprises because of A company must invest in new plants so use the method of system layout plan(SLP) which is the accepted by home and abroad in the field of system facility layout planning method to build enterprise-related facilities model and through understanding the entire tire production manufacturing process to determine the logistics of mutual relations between the various operating units, calculation and analysis of the position drawing of the associated facilities and area drawing to analysis the position of each production workshop layout reasonably. It is concluded that a reasonable layout scheme and then use the system evaluation methods of AHP, after that establishment of relevant hierarchical structure and construct the corresponding judgment matrix and finally get the most accurate and reasonable layout scheme by calculating the formula. Based on Flexsim simulation software to the scheme, the corresponding simulation analysis is mainly to test by using AHP method for optimal arrangement scheme of the organization’s production process meets the production requirements, determine whether there is a bottleneck in the planning, after the simulation to find the corresponding solution, ensure logistics unobstructed.
