Following the research objective, the current situation of market and position of our company is described firstly, and then the research is based on the factors, status and trends of the market and marketing environments after the sample data of anti-diabetic drug market was obtained. It’s the dependence of collection information, so the sampling method is aim-driven. Secondly the character of research method is: Researcher could study social activities without involving and would not affect the study object during the processing. This method is called Uninvolved Research Method.Finally in the aspect of logic, this paper observed and analyzed all parts of the trend of anti-diabetic drug market and marketing tactics, then reached the general conclusion about their trend. The logic is reasoning and concluding.A series of marketing tactics are generated in this paper through the complete systemic research on the anti-diabetic drug market. These tactics are suitable for the challenge from tougher competition in higher level and brand new concept in China pharmaceutical distribution industry in the future. Furthermore, all the results from this research are also fit for the marketing and sale tactics concerning the similar medicinal products.
