The Transformation Of The Logistics Mode In Bin Xian Based On Supply Chain Perspective

Due to the influence of low coal market as a whole,Binxian coal appeared a considerable backlog of coal products and price falling dual unfavorable situation.Profitability, asset quality and profitability about coal industry are now in overall downward trend.Faced with the downturn in the coal market, coal relative companies have turned to the "third profit source"-logistics,through the way of optimizing the coal enterprise logistics mode to increase profits, improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.Logistics enterprises themselves in Binxin should actively seek developing mode to satisfy the needs of the times, strengthen the competitive power of the enterprise survival.This paper, according to the coal logistics data about Binxian through survey,under basis of coal supply chain thought, explores Binxian’s logistics model on purpose of optimizing the cost and providing the highest quality of service. Meeting with industry`s demand for maintaining high profits during coal market downturn.This paper first introduces theory of supply chain and vendor managed inventory strategy,then describes coal resources situation and construction of coal logistics resources in Binxian,on basis of in-depth analysis about Binxian coal logistics characteristics,points out the existing problems of logistics model.According to changes in coal market and the real status about logistics operation, arrives to the conclusion that Binxian coal logistics model should have a transition based on supply chain management:transition from coal enterprise logistics and logistics company. Under the coal supply chain management environment, the coal companies are to have a supply logistics and sales(Transport) logistics peeling, and describes the logistics business model after peeling;Logistics companies should directly be in transition to the management of third-party logistics business model and professional third-party logistics in the supply chain cogitation,Then describes the main characteristics of the third-party logistics business model after the transformation of coal. Finally,put forward strategies to accelerate the transformation of coal logistics mode in Binxin under supply chain management.The study of logistics mode has certain theoretical and practical significance,and provides a valuable Binxian logistics development decision-making reference.
