Study On The Evaluation Of New-type Urbanization Quality In China

Since the Reform and Opening,urbanization develop rapidly with the economic growth.But the current economic slowdown,social and environmental problems occur.The urbanization development model that only focus on the speed is no longer applicable.Through analyzing the dynamic mechanism and evaluating the quality of the new urbanization,measure its dynamic factors.Base on the theoretical analysis and relevant policy requirements,we analyzing establishing a new urbanization quality evaluation system.This system includes 7 factors.They are economic development,population urbanization,residents living space,resources and environment and the integration of urban and rural areas.Calculating the new urbanization quality of 30 provinces,Municipalities(except Tibet)between 2005 and 2015.Through the entropy method to calculate the weight of each index and the evaluation scores,the comprehensive evaluation scores were fitted and ranked by using the TOPSIS method.The results show that the overall score of the country is on the rise,but the rate of growth is slowing down.The trend of new urbanization quality is similar to the pattern of economic and social development,showing a decreasing pattern in the East,central and Western regions.And the new urbanization power is divided into administrative guidance,market driving force,the external and internal driving force according to result of entropy method.Establish a national,east,middle and west region of the new town of dynamic factor panel regression model and analysis the dynamic mechanism and regional differences.The results showed that there were significant differences of driving forces among the regions.But the most important driving force is still the market driving force.Lastly,we argue that the economic density is the key point to the urbanization quality and the way to push urbanization is different among the regions.
