Twenty-first Century is the era of knowledge economy development, the time of knowledge conversion to productivity is greatly shortened, the knowledge economy system is formed, and the economic growth will be more prominent human capital, information and high technology. Intelligence is the most important resource in the knowledge economy, knowledge intensive enterprise and industry is more and more important. And the production and application of knowledge in the final analysis can not be separated from the high quality staff, which is the most important capital of enterprises. How to effectively manage the knowledge workers, how to make the knowledge workers to the organization’s goals as their own goals, how to make them to achieve this goal to make the greatest efforts to improve their work enthusiasm, these will become the knowledge intensive business needs to study the subject.In this study, by means of field visit and questionnaire survey and the detailed study on the questionnaire, analysis of the real needs of the knowledge-type employees and current enterprise of knowledge staff incentive problems, and combined with case, explore reasonable knowledge staff incentive mode.
