With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become and remains competitive, sustainable development of the core elements. The success enterprise is these who is good at gaining, saving and uses the staff and the enterprise knowledge organization. The software enterprise took a kind typical takes the productive forces main origin by the knowledge the knowledge intensity enterprise. The software product production process in fact is knowledge transforms as the product process. How a better recognition, do the creation and manage in the enterprise continually each kind of knowledge, already became the software enterprise competitive power superiority the most important guarantee.Since long ago, the people all extremely pay attention to the knowledge innovation. The enterprise also invests the massive manpower, the physical resource, the financial resource carries on the knowledge innovation, and the final effect is not actually obvious. The in which important reason has neglected the knowledge sharing research. Each person protects own is in sole possession of the knowledge, the knowledge does not have full sharing, also not impossible to realize the further innovation. So knowledge sharing is the key point of Knowledge management. Knowledge sharing causes the knowledge between the enterprise staffs the free flowing and the use, may enhance between staffs trust, the increase enterprise's cohesive force. knowledge sharing is the foundation and catalyst for knowledge innovation.On the other hand, knowledge sharing is the difficulty lies of knowledge management. Knowledge sharing degree direct influence knowledge application and innovation, but because the knowledge took one scarce resources, have this resources staff to be able to obtain the competitive advantage. The knowledge share meant loses the superiority, causes own losses, therefore individual cannot easily own knowledge with other people share, therefore knowledge sharing cannot carry in own initiative between the staff. At the same time, because the software knowledge is complexity, lacking of corporate culture of knowledge sharing, and knowledge sharing means imperfect, knowledge sharing already became the enterprise knowledge management the bottleneck question.At present also insufficiently is perfect regarding the knowledge sharing research, In this paper, put forward own idea detailed studying on the basic of previous literature, ChapterⅠis introduction part, in which explained the practical value and theoretical significance of thesis topics. Also, research home and abroad on affecting factors and incentive of knowledge-sharing are described. So, the structural framework of this paper and ideas are proposed in full knowledge of other literature, further more, the major innovation is brought forward. ChapterⅡis the theory review of knowledge and knowledge--based enterprises. The main body of knowledge sharing--knowledge, such as its definition, classification and characteristics, is detailed described. And characteristics and concept of the main body of knowledge sharing -- knowledge workers is proposed also. ChapterⅢis the theory study of knowledge sharing and incentive mechanism, specifically analysis the basic concepts of knowledge sharing, mechanism, factors, barriers to knowledge sharing and the "prisoner's dilemma". On the other hand, the theory of incentive mechanism of software companies is introduced, and detailed analysis of the current software enterprises is introduced based on traditional motivation theory. In this chapter we put forward the target of the software company knowledge-sharing incentive mechanism, which can be used as the effective yardstick of incentive mechanism. The context of ChapterⅣis about the positive analysis of knowledge sharing in software companies. After introducing methods in this research and the process of designing, delivering and recovery of questionnaires, current situation, ways and impacts of knowledge sharing and enterprise culture in software companies is described according to the analysis of questionnaire data gotten by individual visits. Using SPSS 16.0 software in two variable correlation analysis, to measure the relevance between knowledge sharing influential factors and knowledge sharing performance, as well as whether there is significant correlation between these influential factors, the linear correlation osculation degree between these factors. Then using the multiple linear regression to analyze the change of knowledge sharing factors'influential degree for the performance of knowledge sharing. Combining it, causes to poor efficiency of incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing in software companies are summarized which take a scientific reasonable basis for the study on incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing. In Chapter V, incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing in software companies and its supporting measures is studied based on principles of incentive mechanism designing which is introduced from four aspects firstly. The summary is in Chapter VIII, which is about shortcomings of this paper.The article is setting with intellectual economy, software enterprise knowledge people as the object of study. The enterprise internal knowledge sharing issues in-depth, through research, as the knowledge staff's knowledge sharing activities with reference. This research hope to eventually be able to solve restrict software enterprise knowledge transfer and sharing bottleneck problem, so as to promote enterprise knowledge application and innovation, and continuously improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
