In knowledge economy, knowledge which has exceeded capital and land has been the most important resource. Knowledge workers have been the base and soul of High-Tech Enterprise. Therefore, the valid motivation about knowledge workers has been special significance for the development of High-Tech Enterprise. BaimTech was incorporated in 2000, and was engaged in the R&D, manufacture and sell of High-Tech products, which are based on new material, and new technics. Howerver, with the impact of financial crisis and appreciation of the RMB, BaimTec which is based on export has been in an unprecedented hot water. The incentive mechanism has leaded to knowledge workers that are short of positivity at work, and job-hopping of some excellent knowledge workers. Thus, it is important to establishing a scientific and effective incentive mechanism to stimulate the knowledge workers who are the holder of knowledge and technic. In this way, as originator, knowledge workers will bring into play their positivity and wisdom to upgrade the innovation ability and core competitiveness of enterprise.Firstly, this paper bases itself on the researches and overviews the concept and character of knowledge workers who work at High-Tech Enterprise, especially work at BaimTec.Secondly, this paper overviews the former researches on knowledge workers'motivation which consists of content driving theory, process driving theory and multi-driving theory.Thirdly, this paper analyzes the status quo and currently existing problems of the incentive mechanism of BaimTec based on the field research that has been carried out, and produces the orders that made according to the significance of the factors:salary and welfare, individual development, fair and just, achievement, leader quality. The dada collected has been undertaken descriptive analysis and analysis of variance by using Excel 2003 and SPSS 17.0, thus finding out a pattern that knowledge workers with different personal background have different opinions towards the significance of incentive factors.In the forth part, the paper provides the principle of incentive mechanism for BaimTech knowledge workers, and puts forward the incentive mechanism for BaimTech knowledge workers, relying on the principle and the field research results, which consists of material incentive mechanism and non-material incentive mechanism.
